📋1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 680jl ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the 680jl platform — including the website, betting section, casino, game lobby, eBingo, and any other features — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 680jl platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts held by the same individual, along with forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as required during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) as requested — this includes submitting valid government-issued identification documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details.
• Notify 680jl immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

680jl is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials. Accounts are secured using SSL encryption and OTP-based verification for sensitive actions.

💸4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 680jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved — your account balance, stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. Odds may move between the time you select an outcome and the time the bet slip is confirmed.
• 680jl reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, or to suspend a player's betting privileges, at its discretion.

Gaming titles available through the Game Lobby and Casino sections are governed by the rules of each individual game. Return-to-player (RTP) figures and game mechanics are determined by the game provider and are not controlled by 680jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 680jl's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 680jl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
